Nutrition & Lifestyle Support and Counselling
We know that there are many factors that contribute to the whole health of a person. Nutrition & lifestyle support involves knowing the impact of good nutrition, exercise and stress on health and well-being: we often recommend our nutrition and lifestyle counselling.
Sessions help clients to identify and make any necessary changes in their lives to support their getting well. We look at diet, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle choices and together explore realistic ways of incorporating these into daily life. Healthy lifestyle changes are often enough to turn around a health condition or disease, and always supports the effectiveness of other treatment. It’s also very empowering…as clients leave with the ability, knowledge and inspiration to continue making good health decisions.
Whole Health improvement programs
Many clients choose to do our 10 or 21 day programs for full support through these changes. As well as an initial consultation and plan of action you have access to daily contact through email, texting, phone, to follow your progress. This daily support allows you to:
- Receive clarification on anything.
- Recommend specific tactics to get you through challenges.
- Tweak your plan.
- Receive specific recipes and tips
- Problem solve
- Get moral support and encouragement
- Recommend any specific supplements
These plans have been very beneficial for clients, helping them to:
